Original vintage oil painting of a little girl in a blue dress, holding calla lilies by Latin American artist, Gilberto Navarro. Gilbert Aceves Navarro, (b.1931), is associated with the Generacion de la Ruptura, (The Breakaway Generation), of Mexican muralists that rebelled against the former school of Mexican art. His art reflects influences from David Alfaro Siqueiros, Carlos Orozco Romero, Raúl Anguiano, and Ignacio Aguirre. His work is considered to be between that of the Muralist generation and that of the Generación de la Ruptura.
