Original, vintage 1977 American abstract painting on paper, by New York Feminist and LGTBQIA+ artist, Linda Stein, (b. 1943). The painting's medium is graphite and acrylic, on heavy paper. The painting is signed with the artist's initials verso in graphite, with the year "77, consistent with the timing of her "Profiles" series, which were non- objective or abstract works on paper abd canvas, that explored gender and identity. The painting measures approximately 15" x 18", and is currently unframed. The painting is in very good original condition, however, there are small pinholes in each of the four far corners of the painting; possibly done by the artist, in the creation process. Additionally, there is a small tear, approximately 1.30" in height, on the lower left paper edge. Please carefully review all of the detailed images as supplementary to this written condition report, for quality assurance.
