Luminous, rare original antique oil painting on artist panel, of Venetian boats, entitled "On the Boulogne River" along the lower portion of the picture, by French artist, Victor Boner, (1871-1951). The oil painting is estimated to have been created in 1898. The painting is in excellent original condition, with no previous restoration.
The painting measures approximately 17.9” X 12.3”, without the frame; (and is slightly larger, in the original French antique wood frame).
